AT&T Wireless Call Forwarding Instructions
AT&T Wireless call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.
AT&T iPhone Call Forwarding
To turn on call forwarding:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Phone
- Tap on Call Forwarding then toggle call forwarding on.
- Enter the Forward To phone number for your account at the answering service. (On models with Dual SIM, choose a line)
- The Call Forwarding icon appears in the status bar when call forwarding is on.
To turn off call forwarding:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Phone
- Tap on Call Forwarding then toggle call forwarding to off.
AT&T Android Call Forwarding
To turn on call forwarding:
- Launch the phone app.
- Tap on the three dots on the top right of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Supplementary Services.
- Tap on Call forwarding
- Select one of the Forward Calling options.
- Select Always forwarded
- Enter in the call forwarding number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to.
- Once complete tap on the Enable button.
To turn off call forwarding:
- Launch the phone app.
- Tap on the three dots on the top right of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Supplementary Services.
- Tap on Call forwarding
- Select Always forwarded and turn off.
Note: You must be in range of the cellular network when you set your phone to forward calls, or calls won’t be forwarded.
