Instructions on how to call forward Dialpad phones to the answering service.

Dialpad Call Forwarding Instructions

Dialpad call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes forwarding calls to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.

Forwarding Calls From Polycom

You can forward inbound calls to the telephone number given to you by the answering service. Here's how:

Press More on your home screen (can't be on an active call)
Select Forward
Enter the phone number and press Save

Inbound calls to your Polycom device will now be forwarded to whatever number you entered in the steps above.

Turn Off Call Forwarding

To turn off call forwarding, select the Clear and Disable option.
