Spectrum Business Call Forwarding Instructions
Spectrum Business call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.
Turning ON Call Forwarding Always
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial * 72.
- Listen for the dial tone.
- Dial the 10-digit number provided to you by the answering service.
- Your confirmation will be a stutter dial tone, then regular dial tone to let you know your Call Forwarding feature is now working.
- Hang up.
Turning OFF Call Forwarding Always
- Lift the handset and listen for the dial tone.
- Dial * 73.
- Listen for the confirmation tone, and then hang up the handset.
Turn On Call Forwarding Always through Portal
- Sign in and select the Voice & Services tab.
- Under Voice Access, select Manage Forwarding.
- Choose the line you want to forward and select the arrow on the right to expand the call forwarding options.
- Use the toggle button to turn call forwarding on for that line and ensure the Prior to Ring option is selected.
- Select Manage Forwarding Lines, add the Alias and Number the answering provided to your list and select Save.
- Use the Forward all calls drop-down to select your forwarding number.
- Select Save.
Turn Off Call Forwarding Always through Portal
- Sign in and select the Voice & Services tab.
- Under Voice Access, select Manage Forwarding.
- Choose the line you want to forward and select the arrow on the right to expand the call forwarding options.
- Use the toggle button to turn call forwarding off.
- Select Save.
