Consolidated Communications Call Forwarding Instructions

Consolidated Communications call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.

Call Forward All Calls to the Answering Service

Forward all your calls to the telephone number provided to you by the answering service.

To Turn On

  1. Press *72
  2. Enter the phone number to which you want your calls forwarded.
  3. Press # to confirm.
  4. Press 2 to exit then hang up.

To Turn Off

  1. Press *73
  2. After hearing the verification, hang up.

Call Forward Busy Calls to the Answering Service

Forward your calls to the telephone number provided to you by the answering service when all of your lines are in use.

To Turn On

  1. Press 76*
  2. Enter the phone number to which you want your calls forwarded.
  3. Press # to confirm.
  4. Press 2 to exit then hang up.

To Turn Off

  1. Press 77*
  2. Press # to confirm.
  3. Press 2 to exit then hang up.

Call Forward No Answer to the Answering Service

Forward your calls to the telephone number provided to you by the answering service after your phones ring a certain number of rings.

To Turn On

  1. Press 78*
  2. Enter the phone number to which you want your calls forwarded.
  3. Press # to confirm.
  4. Press 2 to exit then hang up.

To Turn Off

  1. Press 79*
  2. Press # to confirm.
  3. Press 2 to exit then hang up.
