Verizon Fios Call Forwarding Instructions

Verizon Fios call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.

To Turn On Call Forwarding

  1. Lift your telephone's receiver and listen for a dial tone.
  2. Press * 7 2
  3. When you hear the tone, dial the telephone number the answering service assigned to your account.
  4. You will hear the number you entered ring, when the number is answered, Call Forwarding is activated.

To Turn Off Call Forwarding

  1. Lift your telephone's receiver and listen for a dial tone.
  2. Press * 7 3
  3. Listen for two short tones indicating your call forwarding is off.
