Altafiber Call Forwarding Instructions

Altafiber call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline.

To Activate Call Forwarding

  1. To activate: *72, listen for dial tone, dial the telephone number provided to you by the answering service
  2. Listen for 2 short beeps indicating call forwarding has been activated.

To Deactivate Call Forwarding

  1. To deactivate: *73.
