How Spanish Language Queue Works

Before an agent answers, callers calling a bi-lingual line are asked to select their language preference by pressing a number in the voicemail prescreen.

The call is then routed into the appropriate language queue and an agent speaking either English or Spanish as requested will assist the caller.

Whereas if a Spanish-speaking caller calls an English-only line, our English-speaking agent will simply respond with "No hablo español" ("I don't speak Spanish"). At which point, the caller may switch to English and continue the call or hang up and call back after securing a translator.
