Step-by-Step Instructions
T-Mobile call forwarding lets you direct calls to another number, including answering services, mobiles, or landlines. Set it to forward all calls or only when you can't answer, your phone is off, or you're out of range.
Important Notes: No international numbers, only 10- or 11-digit numbers, and roaming depends on the country.
iPhone Call Forwarding Instructions
To turn on call forwarding:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Phone
- Tap on Call Forwarding then toggle call forwarding on.
- Enter the Forward To phone number for your account at the answering service. (On models with Dual SIM, choose a line)
- The Call Forwarding icon appears in the status bar when call forwarding is on.
To turn off call forwarding:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Phone
- Tap on Call Forwarding then toggle call forwarding to off.
Android Call Forwarding Instructions
To turn on call forwarding:
- Launch the phone app.
- Tap on the three dots on the top right of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Supplementary Services.
- Tap on Call forwarding
- Select one of the Forward Calling options.
- Select Always forwarded
- Enter in the call forwarding number that you would like the calls to be forwarded to.
- Once complete tap on the Enable button.
To turn off call forwarding:
- Launch the phone app.
- Tap on the three dots on the top right of the page.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down to Supplementary Services.
- Tap on Call forwarding
- Select Always forwarded and turn off.
