Instructions on how to call forward AT&T phones to the answering service.

AT&T Call Forwarding Instructions

AT&T call forwarding allows you to forward your calls to another phone number. This includes call forwarding to the answering service, mobile phone or a landline. These features are included with AT&T's digital phone service and can be managed online under Phone Features. You can also toggle each feature on and off using the following star codes on your phone.

Call Forward All Calls to Answering Service

Forward all incoming calls to the answering service.

To Turn On

Press *72, enter a the call forwarding number at the answering service, then press #

To Turn Off

Press *73#

Busy Call Forwarding

Forward all incoming calls to the answering service when your line is busy.

To Turn On

Press *90, enter a the call forwarding number at the answering service, then press #

To Turn Off

Press *91#

No Answer Call Forwarding

Forward incoming calls to the answering service when your line is not answered after a few rings.

To Turn On

Press *92, enter a the call forwarding number at the answering service, then press #

To Turn Off

Press *93#
