To sync your data with Ambs Call Center, we’ll need the following information for each schedule: 

  • API Account Name/User: Provided by Zapier, this account name is typically formatted like an email address.
  • API PassKey: Associated with your QGenda Schedule, this unique key is provided by Zapier. It varies in length and content.
  • QGenda API Account Code: Also provided by Zapier, this 36-character alphanumeric code ensures seamless integration.
