What to Expect When We First Activate Your Phone for Texting
The first time we set up your phone in our system, the carriers require that you receive an alert notifying you that you are opting in to receive text messages from Ambs Call Center.
When you receive the following message, please just ignore and delete the message.
'TAS Message Alert. Welcome to TAS. Reply Help for Help. Reply Stop to cancel. sms.startelcorp.com. Msg Freq dpnds on acct settings. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.'
Pro Tip: It is very important not to reply with the word 'stop' otherwise you have opted out of receiving any text messages from Ambs Call Center.
Texting Back to the Answering Service
Ambs Call Center has added the ability for you to reply to us via text message. You can clear your calls with us as well as give us information updates via text message from your phone. This can save you time and money by not having to call in for messages or relay information by speaking with our call center agents.
