Mike Kotsis

Mike Kotsis is a proven entrepreneur who successfully led his third-generation family business through the worst of Michigan’s economic downturn, seeing over 60% growth. Since 2012, Mike has devoted himself as a Certified Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS®) Implementer, helping 40+ clients transform their businesses. He also mentors more than 25 other EOS® Implementers. Mike is passionate about the way that EOS transforms businesses and personal lives, because he believes that a well-run organization has a tremendous positive impact in the lives of its leaders, their employees and even their families. As a result, his clients get a methodical adviser who never takes shortcuts, but always keeps their long-term interests in mind. For Mike, EOS isn’t a job, it’s who he is—he not only uses the EOS tools in his own business, but in his family life as well. He especially loves helping family businesses in Michigan, where he lives with his wife Jill and three children.
