Depending on your needs, Ambs Call Center lets you access your event’s information securely via the internet. Information can be exported in any number of common file extensions for easy importing into your own software. We can notify you immediately via email, pager, or text message of event status information such as new registrations, full sessions, and special requests.
A great adjunct service is our Information Hotline Service, which allows callers to hear recorded information prior to reaching one of our call center agents. This is great for handling frequently asked questions, last minute updates, or to help increase attendance through a description of the event. Callers can reach an agent at Ambs Call Center at anytime during the recording to register for your event.
We also offer an easy way to conduct client surveys and handle subscription renewals on a 24-hour basis.
