In addition, the fax to email notification option will send a copy of the fax to you for viewing on a computer. One popular option is to receive a text message on your cell phone to let you know that the signed contract of that million dollar deal has arrived in your fax mailbox.

Fax Mail Telephone Number
Your fax mailbox has its own local telephone number. Now you can receive all of your faxes in one place and easily access them wherever you are.

Fax-on-Demand
We can store a variety of advertising information, commonly used forms, spec sheets and order forms. This service is available 24 hours a day, for customers, prospects or your staff. Anyone may call in by phone or fax machine and have the information instantly faxed to a fax machine. A single fax-on-demand mailbox can include 9 fax documents.

Transfer Messages
Send messages you receive to your associates, adding your comments if you wish. Stop playing phone tag, respond to your messages by hitting 'R' to reply and record your response.

Message Notification
You will know immediately when new messages are received. Voice Mail will alert you when a new message is received. It can even alert you according to a set schedule or one that you modify over the phone.

Notification can be sent to cell phones as text messages, email (either a message or a message with a copy of the fax attached), pager, or a direct phone where voice mail can call you at a specific telephone number such as your private line, cell phone or any other number. Simply answer the call, enter your password and direct your fax message to any fax machine when you want it to be printed.
