Voice Mail Telephone Number
Your voice mailbox will have its own local telephone number. Now you can receive all of your messages in one place. Call forward your office lines, residence, even your wireless phone to this private line. Give these numbers to your associates to dial for direct access to leave you detailed, confidential messages. When you're out, callers can be transferred to Voice Mail by your staff to leave personal, confidential messages. Your messages are protected with a personal password ensuring that only you can reach in and pick up your messages. You also have the flexibility of retrieving messages anytime, anywhere, from any touch tone phone.

Customized Greetings
You can record your own Greeting or the pre-recorded Greetings. Default greeting length is 3 minutes and can be extended.

Time/Date Stamped Messages with Caller ID
All messages are time and date stamped when they are received and embed the caller ID right into the message!

Send and Receive Messages
Send messages to your associates and colleagues in the office or across town or to a group of individuals using the mailing list feature. Mailing lists allow you to deliver a message simultaneously to all of your associates. You can have up to 98 different mailing lists to send broadcast messages to specific groups of people.

Prioritize and Schedule Messages
Give messages that you send added meaning and priority by classifying them as normal, urgent, or future delivery. Future delivery allows you to send messages to yourself or others and have them delivered at a date and time in the future. This is a handy feature to remind yourself or others of important meetings and appointments.

Transfer Messages
Send messages you receive to your associates, adding your comments if you wish. Stop playing phone tag, respond to your messages by hitting 'R' to reply and record your response.

Message Notification
You will know immediately when new messages are received. Voice Mail will alert any of you when a new message is received. It can even alert you according to a set schedule or one that you modify over the phone.

Notification can be sent to cell phones as text messages, email (either a message or a message with a copy of the message attached), pager, or a direct phone where voice mail can call you at a specific telephone number such as your private line, cell phone or any other number. Simply answer the call, enter your password and listen to your message.
