Call Center Agents

We are always looking for people with special talents and a high energy level which will enable us to provide quality service to our customers. We are hiring for a variety of shifts. Attention to detail and a computer proficiency is a must along with 40-50 WPM typing skills. Positions are available at both of our call center locations in Grand Rapids and Jackson, Michigan. Bilingual capabilities are desirable, however it is not a prerequisite.

To apply, stop by one of our call center locations either a Tuesday, Thursday or Friday between the hours of 9a-2p. The application and testing module takes roughly 60-90 minutes to complete. Our call centers are located at 338 W. Franklin Street, Jackson, Michigan 49201 and 3960 Broadmoor Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512.
