Call Center Agents

We are always looking for people with special talents and a high energy level which will enable us to provide quality service to our customers. We are hiring for a variety of shifts. Attention to detail and a familiarity with Windows operating system a must along with 40-50 wpm typing skills. Positions are available at both of our locations in Grand Rapids and Jackson, Michigan call centers.

Call Center Supervisor

Responsible for developing call center agents to achieve individual, company, and client goals, while overseeing the work activities of assigned agents; support the quality performance and skills of agents by providing accurate responses to questions with a sense of urgency during call processing.

Exceptional skill in client interaction is essential. A Supervisor must possess excellent interpersonal, communications and presentation skills, a customer focus mindset, and be able to make informed, effective, and timely decisions. A Supervisor requires a superior blend of technical and leadership ability to effectively coach and mentor our agents for performance improvement.
