Here's how employee reporting works

An employee calls in to say he or she will be late or absent for work. The HR call center agent operator at Ambs Call Center answers in your company name and gathers the specific information you need, (employee name, shift, reason for absence, requesting a family medical leave of absence, etc.). A specific confirmation number can even be assigned to each caller for tracking purposes. In addition, our system will time and date stamp the call; insert the telephone number the employee called from, along with recording the actual conversation. In addition, a daily report via fax, e-mail or our secure HR web portal will provide detailed tracking for your records. Our agents can even make arrangements for a replacement or dispatch the information to a shift supervisor.
