Internet Message Retrieval
Retrieve information securely with your myAmbs web portal. You’ll be able to view any messages or orders you have waiting as well as two months worth of archived messages.

In addition to the information gathered for the call, full documentation of all actions taken is automatically inserted into the record. It shows all pages, calls, emails or any other documentation about what was done with the call. This is a great management tool to know how quickly your callers are receiving a response from your staff.

Email Response
Ambs Call Center’s E-Mail response allows our agents to receive inbound emails from clients or staff for immediate handling. Whether it is coming from a company email address like info@yourcompany.com or from a Blackberry out in the field, our agents are ready to read and respond appropriately to these requests. We can even forward a copy of the emails to you for your records or for further follow-up.

Voice Mail Express Message Retrieval
